Kate is 3!

Our sweet Kate turned 3 on Monday! We had her little party on Saturday, so to her Saturday was her birthday. We didn't make a huge deal about her actual birthday because it was a little confusing. When I told her it was her birthday...she kept asking to go to her birthday party with her friends.

She did get a special birthday snack...POKEY O's. Kate picked out chocolate chip cookies and chocolate ice cream for her Pokey O...and she ate the whole thing!

Just so I remember what she is doing these days...

Kate is full of life and energy. She has entered a very silly stage where she will say the wrong thing over and over and then say, "I am just being silly." She loves to run, jump and sing. She loves any kind of craft...stickers, paint, colors, scissors, glue, etc. (which is hard to do with a little one crawling around). She has started trying to drop her afternoon nap:(. She probably sleeps 4 out of 7 days...the days she does sleep she has a hard time going to bed, the days she doesn't sleep, she is CRANKY and DELIRIOUS around 6 PM. She talks all day long and says the funniest things. We love her so much and are so thankful that God chose her to be ours!
