Tuesday morning Ashley and I took our kids to the Butterfly House at the Fairgrounds. We had heard it was fun but knew very little about it. But as much as my girls love Butterfly and Bugs right now...why not give it a try...
So we trekked downtown to check it out.
The pictures don't really do it justice but it was really cool. There were plants everywhere and butterflies flying all over the place.
This sweet lady walked the kids through the process...eggs, caterpillar, cocoon, butterfly. And she answered ALL of Kate's questions!

We walked out to the gardens to let the kids run around and have a picnic...

We went back in the Butterfly house before we left. I let Camryn get out of the stroller. And then chased her around the rest of the time!
