I spent most of the evening preparing Kate for Santa. One of our conversations went like this...Me: We are going to see Santa tomorrow.
Kate: Yea-ah!
Me: You are going to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what you want for Christmas.
Kate: Sit on Santa's lap later (translation...not sure mommy...but better than her saying "all done Santa's lap" which would mean i am not sitting on Santa's lap).
Me: What do you want Santa to bring you?
Kate: Turkey and cheese (sandwich).
As part of the Santa prep, Kate wore her Santa PJs to bed...
"That's Santa"
"HO HO HO"

love it. we did the same thing... and it seemed to work. he wasn't sure at first & then when santa waved to him he waved back and shouted "twains"... haha. good luck!
